Macular pucker surgery using 25 gauge small incision "no stitch" system

This 70 year old woman has had decreasing vision for 1 year from a macular pucker.   The visual acuity is 20/100.  The patient had cataract surgery 6 months ago and the vision is still hazy and distorted from the macular pucker.minutes long.
