Macular Hole re-operation with Internal Limiting Membrane Peel

This 75 year old woman has had decreasing vision from a macular hole.  The patients had a previous vitrectomy and the hole failed to close.  This video shows a re-operation with an internal limiting membrane peel with no stain.  The high definition link below shows the video at its best.
