Pars Plana Lensectomy and Vitrectomy with Iris Suture and AC IOL in eye with Coloboma, Microcornea, and Cataract
53 Year old woman with coloboma of iris, lens, choroid with limited central vision who developed rapid vision loss from mature cataract. The surgery is atypical but shows a pars plana lensectomy and iris suture. The patient has microcornea which made placement of the intraocular lens difficult.
