TEXT SIZE:  CTRL + enlarges text and CTRL - shrinks text in most browsers.  You do not have to hold the shift key when using + in this way.

Internet explorer will enlarges the text making it wider and pushing it off the screen.

Firefox (another free browser) keeps the enlarged text on the screen and may be easier to use with these particular pages formatted for low vision patients.
